As a center on the women's ice hockey teams, she led the squad in scoring as a junior on 46 goals, 43 assists for 89 points, and finished runner-up as a sophomore and senior. She co-captained the team as a junior. During her career, Cornell won three consecutive Ivy League championship crowns, with the 1977-78 team going 17-2 overall. She currently ranks fourth on the Big Red's all-time scoring list (199 points), third in career goals (95) and third in career assists (104). She practically re-wrote the record books, setting a slew of standards that still stand, including game marks for points (13), goals (7, which was later tied in 1980-81), and assists (9); and season records for goals (46), assists (44) and hat tricks (7). She was also a member of the women's varsity lacrosse team her senior year. A native of Ithaca, she is now a supervisor for the On-Line Computer Library Center in Columbus, Ohio.
