At the 1977 Ivy League outdoor track championships she won the high hurdles and the long jump, placed second in the high jump and finished sixth in the shot put, while helping Cornell to a second-place finish. She placed third in the pentathlon at the 1977 outdoor Eastern championships, with a school-high 2,812 points. During her career, she set four Cornell indoor records and four outdoor marks. Her indoor records were set in the 60-yard high hurdles, long jump, high jump, and as a member of the 880 relay team. In addition to the pentathlon, her outdoor marks were established in the 100-meter hurdles and the long and high jumps.
