He was a halfback on the undefeated football teams of 1921, 1922 and 1923 that compiled an amazing three-year record of 24-0. The 1922 backfield of Eddie Kaw, George Pfann, Charles Cassidy and Ramsey ranks with the truly great backfields of all time. A three-year letterman, he was selected to the All-Eastern second team by a panel of sportswriters in 1922. He was an executive with the Columbian Rope Co., and resided in Auburn, N.Y.
