He earned All-America honorable mention honors as a forward on the men's soccer team in 1975, when Cornell tied for the Ivy title and made it to the quarterfinals of the NCAA tournament. He was named to the All-New York State team and the All-Ivy first team in 1975, after earning All-Ivy second-team honors in 1973. Mui led the 1973 (7-3-10) and 1975 (6-6-12) teams in scoring and graduated ranked second in career (13) and season (6) assists. He is a graduate of Victoria Park Secondary School in Toronto and makes his home in Mississauga, Ont.
