She became the first Cornell women's basketball player to score her 1,000th career point while still a junior, and she went on to set the existing Cornell career points record of 1,650. She set game records for points (38 vs. Penn, 1990), field goals made (15) and 3-point field goals made and attempted (6x9); season marks for field goals attempted (443, 1990), 3-point field goals attempted and made (99x37, 1990), and 3-point field goal percentage (.439); and career records for 3-point FGA/FGM (257x93), free throw percentage (.757), career scoring per game average (16.3), and season and career 20-point games (10 and 32). Co-captain of the 1989-90 team, she was a first-team All-Ivy forward in 1991, a second-team All-Ivy pick in 1990 and honorable mention in 1989. She set Ivy League records for field goals attempted in a season (242, 1990) and career (824). She graduated from Clarkstown South (N.Y.) High School, where she was a three-sport letter winner and tri-captain of her basketball team that won the conference A-1 championship. She resides in Brooklyn, N.Y.
