Cornell University Athletics

During his college playing days, he was a nationally-rated three-goal polo player. He led the Big Red to the Intercollegiate championship in 1958, scoring 10 goals, and was awarded the United States Polo Association’s plaque as the outstanding player of the tournament. He was also instrumental in Cornell’s Intercollegiate title in 1959. As an undergraduate he resided in Makawao, Maui, Hawaii.
