IC4A 440 champion and 4th in IC4A 220, 1966. Won Heps outdoor 440 in '66, Heps outdoor 220 winner and tied 1st in 100 in '67. Won Heps indoor 600 title in 1966. Ran anchor leg of mile relay which set a school record in placing 3rd at 1967 outdoor NCAA championships and which was 2nd in '67 indoor Heps. Placed 3rd in 600 at 1967 Millrose Games. Was 2nd in outdoor IC4A 100 in '67. Captain 1967. Set Cornell record in 200m. Was 3rd in outdoor Heps 220 as soph. Anchored the Heptagonal 4x400 relay to victory at Penn Relays in 1966. Was a 200m Olympic Trials finalist in 1968; ran a 20.3 which equaled the Olympic record but just missed making US team.
