A graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Heights HS, Braun rowed crew for three years with the Burning River crew. He also played baseball for two years.
Personal
Frederick G. Braun IV is the son of Fred and Heidi Braun and he has a younger sister. His father was as four-year varsity letter-winner in wresting at Kent State. Braun is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
