Elke Reisdorph is in her second season as an assistant coach with the Cornell women's soccer program. Reisdorph came to Cornell after spending the 2008 season as an assistant coach at Central New York rival Binghamton.

Her coaching career also includes stops at Hartwick College, where she spent the 2007 season, and her start with two seasons as an assistant coach at Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. With Hartwick in 2007, the Hawks won seven games, the most since the 2002 team won eight contests, while Kenyon won 10 games in both of Reisdorph's seasons with the program in 2004 and 2005 and advanced to the league tournament for the first time. She has also worked camps at Cornell, Dartmouth, Ohio State, Hartwick and Christopher Newport University.

Reisdorph also has served as a head coach on the club level with the Virginia Rush and with the BC United Fusion. She coached the Virginia Rush U-14 team to the Virginia State Cup semifinals in 2002 after leading the squad to the quarterfinals the previous season. With BC United, she served as the head coach for the U-18 team.

Reisdorph began her coaching career after a standout playing career at Christopher Newport University, where she was a four-year starter and captain. She was a two-time first-team all-conference selection, a two-time all-south region honoree and earned two co-most valuable player honors in 1998 and 1999 in addition to winning the award by herself in 2000. Reisdorph helped guide CNU to its first NCAA tournament berth in 2000 and the Dixie Conference title that same season. In 2005, Reisdorph was named to the USA South Conference 25th Anniversary Team.
