At Cornell: Ramey has worked in event operations since 2015, overseeing more than 190 home athletic events annually. The Tournament Director for four home NCAA Tournament contests in three sports (women’s ice hockey, men’s soccer and men’s lacrosse) manages a professional and student staff in supporting the teams and events. She served on the Student and Campus Life Advisory Council and the Athletics’ mental health and DEI committees. Ramey previously spent four years as an assistant coach for the women’s soccer team before joining the administration. In addition to serving as advisor for various student groups (the Big Red Marching and Pep bands, Athlete Ally and WOCA), she will have sport supervision oversight of volleyball, women’s basketball, and men’s and women’s swimming and diving.
