The main floor of the Friedman Strength and Conditioning Center consists 
of 6,000 square feet with 26 customized Power Lift racks fully outfitted with supplemental equipment and sports science technology. An additional 2,000 square feet of mezzanine level training space with another seven customized Power Lift racks.

All racks in the facility are equipped with Perch 3-D infrared motion-tracking cameras for measuring speed, power, bar path, and jump metrics. Other sports science technology include Vald ForceDecks for performance measurement and return-to-play testing and Vald NordBord for hamstring strength and asymmetry testing.

In addition, the Cornell Strength and Conditioning department utilizes TeamWorks Smartabase Athlete Management System to assess daily readiness and manage year-round performance tracking.
