ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell men's squash team had a pair of 6-3 matches on Saturday in the team's return to action after a six-week layoff, defeating Western Ontario by that margin but falling to Yale at the Belkin International Squash Courts in Ithaca. Cornell is now 4-2 on the season after Saturday's results.

The Big Red opened the day with the Bulldogs, and collected wins from Nick Sachvie at No. 1, Thomas Spettigue at No. 4 and Owen Butler at No. 7, but could not overtake the Bulldogs. The second match of the afternoon saw the Big Red claim wins at the first four spots in the order, then take the bottom two spots in the lineup to seal the victory. 

Cornell returns to action next weekend when it travels to Toronto, Ontario, to take part in the Toronto Round Robin.
