CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The Cornell men's squash team closed out the team portion of the 2011 season with a 5-4 loss to Harvard in the fifth-place match at the CSA National Championships on Sunday in Cambridge, Mass.
Cornell got wins at the first, third, sixth and ninth spots in the order, with all of those victories coming in four sets. Nicholas Sachvie claimed the win at the top spot, with
Thomas Spettigue at number three,
Rishi Jalan at number six and
Steven Peever winning at number nine.
The Big Red will now focus on the CSA Individual Championships, which will be held next weekend in Hanover, N.H.
