PRINCETON, N.J. -- Princeton scored three goals in a span of 14 minutes during the first half on Saturday en route to a 4-0 victory over the Big Red women's soccer team at Roberts Stadium.
The defending Ivy League champion Tigers outshot the Big Red, 13-1, in the opening half. Lauren Lazo assisted on the first two goals, then tallied her fifth goal of the season to give the home side a three-goal lead in the 37th minute.
Jessica Haley then capped the scoring for Princeton (7-5-4, 1-4-1 Ivy) in the second half. Cornell goalkeepers

Tori Christ made a combined eight saves on the day. The Big Red couldn't direct any of its six shots on goal.
Cornell (7-7-1, 1-5 Ivy) will close out its season at noon Saturday, Nov. 9 at Dartmouth.
