PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The eighth-ranked men's squash team started the unofficial second half of its season with a bang Saturday, dropping just one game in a resounding 9-0 victory over Brown at Kate Brodsky Squash Pavilion.
Three-time All-American Nicholas Sachvie was a three-game winner in his first match action of the season, topping Blake Reinson, 11-1, 11-3, 11-7, at the No. 1 position. The match was already decided by that point, with the Big Red starting off with victories from freshmen
Harry Freeman (No. 9) and Gustav Runersjö (No. 6), and junior
Ryan Todd (No. 3). All six matches after that were decided in the minimum three games.
The Big Red continues its road trip Sunday at Yale and Monday at Trinity.
