Women's Polo Attempts to Even Record When Garrison Forest Visits

ITHACA, N.Y. --  The Cornell women's polo team will attempt to even its record this season when Garrison Forest visits Oxley Equestrian Center on Saturday, Oct. 29 at 7:30 p.m.

Cornell brings a 1-2 record into the match after picking up its first win of 2016-17 last weekend, a 28-7 triumph over Skidmore. The Big Red won last season's meeting between the teams 20-4 as part of a 17-2 campaign.

The Big Red won its second straight and 15th national title in program history last year. Cornell has advanced to the national title game each of the last six seasons with titles in 2011, 2015 and 2016. Eldredge enters the season approaching his 500th career win with the women and sports a 493-133-17 (.786) record heading into the Garrison Forest game.
