ITHACA, N.Y. - Cornell women's polo earned its fifth straight victory on Friday, Feb. 14, defeating Kentucky from the Oxley Equestrian Center, 13-7. It's the second time the Big Red has defeated Kentucky in 2019-20, besting the Wildcats at the Bill Field Invitational on Nov. 22, 18-16.
With a win on Friday, the women's polo team now owns a 14-4 record alongside a 9-2 record from inside Oxley. Cornell is unbeaten since the start of the second semester, defeating the Central New York Polo Club, UMass, UConn, Yale and Kentucky.
The Big Red will be back in action on Friday, Feb. 21 for a 7 p.m. match against Maryland at home.
