• Cornell has scored 11 goals over its 12 games played so far this season, good for an average of 0.92 goals per match. The average is the Big Red's highest since logging 13 goals in 16 games during the 2015 season (0.94).

That clip is the program's highest under a head coach since Patrick Farmer logged a .667 percentage during his five-year tenure with the Big Red between 2012-16.
• Ferguson has the fourth-highest percentage of goals scored under a Cornell women's soccer head coach, trailing Randy May (1982-99 — .681), Farmer (2012-16 — .667), and Berhane Andeberhan (2000-05 — .660).
Scouting the Bulldogs
• Yale enters this afternoon's contest with a 5-5-2 overall record and 1-1-0 mark in Ivy League play. The Bulldogs are coming off a 1-0 victory over its Nutmeg State rival Sacred Heart on Wednesday at Reese Stadium. Laila Booker scored in the 64th minute to aid Yale to the victory. Marisa Shorrock logged her second consecutive clean sheet for the Bulldogs, stopping two Pioneer shots.
• Ellie Rappole has a Yale-leading eight points (three goals, two assists). Booker is the only other Yale player to net multiple goals this season.
• Shorrock and Maya Bellomo have combined for six clean sheets this season. Bellomo has four, tying Dartmouth's Charlotte Cyr for the Ivy League lead.
