PHILADELPHIA — Freshman Arnaav Sareen won the Molloy Trophy South consolation bracket on Sunday, wrapping up the men's squash team's weekend at at the College Squash Association Individual National Championships, hosted by Drexel's Arlen Specter US Squash Center.
 
Sareen dispatched of Trinity's Will Curtis in convincing fashion on Sunday for his third straight victory to close out his portion of the play at the event. He was one of three members of the Big Red who qualified for the tournament.
 
Of the 80 qualifiers at the event, the top 16 were grouped together in the top-flight Pool Trophy bracket. Junior Veer Chotrani represented Cornell as the ninth seed in that elite field, and he assured himself of All-America first-team status for a second time with a victory over St. Lawrence's Lewis Anderson on Friday. Later in the day, Chotrani was eliminated from the competition with a loss in the quarterfinals to top-seeded Youssef Ibrahim of Princeton.

The Big Red's other qualifier was in the Molloy East bracket, where sophomore Spencer Yager won a first-round match against Princeton's Zain Ahmed before being ousted by via quarterfinal loss to Penn's Dillon Huang.
