ITHACA, N.Y. -- Take a look back at Cornell football's 14-3 loss to Princeton this past weekend.

PLAYER NOTES

• With three pass breakups, sophomore Trey Harris now has eight this season and 10 for his career.Brendan Chestnut and Nic Paschall both posted their first career sacks. • Senior Jackson Kennedy's 14 field goals has tied AJ Weitsman's season school record of 14 from 2005. • With 100 career points, Kennedy is the 25th player overall and sixth kicker with reach the 100-point milestone. • With 88 career points, Kennedy is up to 10th place all-time in kicking points. • His 21 career field goal makes ranks fourth all-time at Cornell. • With 54 points through seven games, Kennedy sits fifth in a season in kicking points at Cornell. He is approaching Brad Greenway's single-season kick scoring record of 75 points from 2011. • With 4,825 yards of total offense, junior Jameson Wang ranks sixth all-time at Cornell after surpassing Chad Levitt (4,657 yards) and Ed Marinaro (4,715 yards). • With 1,222 rushing yards for his career, Wang moved into 23rd place on the school's career list. Next up is Don Fanelli '76  (1,291) and Randy Barbour (1,343). • Wang also upped his career passing yardage total to 3,603 yards, just 76 yards from matching Richie Kenney '22 for sixth all-time. • Senior linebacker Connor Henderson's four tackles upped his career total to 101, making him the 141st player at Cornell to reach that milestone. • After compiling seven catches for 55 yards against Brown, senior wide receiver Nicholas Laboy upped his career receiving total to 881 yards (31st all-time).

TEAM NOTES

• Princeton's 24 rushing yards were the fewest allowed by a Big Red defense against an Ivy opponent since Brown had 18 yards on 19 carries in 2017. • The Big Red has allowed 50 yards or fewer on the ground twice this season. • In its past two contests, the Big Red has surrendered just 114 yards on 43 carries with zero touchdowns on the ground (2.7 yards per carry). • Cornell didn't surrender a sack for the second straight contest and has allowed zero in its last 84 dropbacks and one over its past 130 dating back four contests. • The Big Red's 116 yards were a season high for a Princeton opponent and well above its national-leading 72.2 yards per game, while its 350 yards surpassed the 257.7 yards per contest allowed that also led the nation entering the contest. • In three Ivy League games this season, Cornell has possessed the football an average of 37:39, including a season-best 39:47 vs. Brown. • Cornell has won the time of possession battle in 10 consecutive Ivy League contests. • The Big Red has made 97 first downs in four Ivy League games compared to 69 for its opponents. • In those same Ivy games, Cornell has run 311 offensive plays to just 221 for its foes. • Cornell is 14-of-17 on field goals so far this season, while opponents are 0-for-4 with one kick blocked. • The Big Red hasn't allowed a field goal in seven consecutive games and just one over the past 12 contests dating back to last season. The seven-game streak is the longest without allowing a field goal since going 11 games from 1977-78 (final three games of 1977, first eight games of 1978). • Cornell has scored on 22-of-25 trips to the red zone this season, including having a string of 20 that was snapped against Princeton.
