#8 Men’s Squash Cruises Past Columbia on Senior Day

ITHACA, N.Y. — The No. 8-ranked Cornell men's squash team cruised past Columbia, 8-1, at the Belkin Squash Courts on Saturday afternoon on the program's Senior Day.

Spencer Yager (No. 4), Humza Khan (No. 5), and Morgan Huberman (No. 8) posted three-game victories for Cornell (7-5, 3-4 Ivy League).

Veer Chotrani (No. 1) and Aaron Liang (No. 2) registered four-game victories for Cornell.

Arnaav Sareen (No. 3), Rohan Iyer (No. 6), and Nicholas Göth Errington (No. 9) logged wins over five games.

Sareen, for the second consecutive weekend, avenged being down 2-0 with three straight victories, 11-6, 11-8, 11-8, over Adam Goad. Last weekend, the sophomore came back from being down two games against top-ranked Harvard.

Göth Errington also came back from a two-game deficit against Ryan Chen, which included a fifth game that ended with a 16-14 score in favor of the native of Sweden.

Looking Ahead

Cornell will play its remaining two regular-season contests next weekend in Philadelphia when the Big Red plays No. 7 Drexel and No. 6 Virginia.
