ITHACA, N.Y. -- Cornell men's squash is back to the court this weekend, this time returning a familiar face.
Veer Chotrani, who missed out of the first half of the season, is back for the Big Red. His 2022-23 season saw an appearance at the 2023 College Squash Association Individual Championships. Chotrani advanced all the way to semifinals in last season's championships, becoming the first Big Red athlete to do so since the 2011 championships.
The Big Red will face off against a No. 6 Drexel team that sits at 4-4 on the season. The Dragons and Cornell will compete at the Belkin Squash Courts in Ithaca N.Y. on Saturday, Jan. 13 beginning at 11:00 a.m. A win by the Big Red would mark the first in the series since the 2019-19 season.
Following the Drexel match up. Cornell hits the road to take on #14 University of Rochester on January 16.
