HARTFORD, Conn. — The No. 9 Cornell women's squash team suffered its first loss of the season Sunday afternoon, falling 7-2 to No. 5 Stanford at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. The Big Red entered the contest 6-0.
Alysa Ali and Saniya Jaggi won in straight sets for the Big Red, while the Cardinal took the other eight matches. Jaggi and Ali both improved to 7-0 on the season.
