PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- Cornell men's squash opened with seven of eight athletes advancing past the first round in the 2024 National Collegiate Individual Championships and 2024 U.S Intercollegiate Doubles Championship. Veer Chotrani, the no. 1 overall seed in the Division A Pool Trophy Bracket, highlighted the day by advancing to the semifinals, which he's set to compete in tomorrow, March 9, at 2:40 p.m.

In the Molloy brackets, Syan Singh and Aaron Liang each advanced to the semifinals in each of their respective brackets. Spencer Yager dropped in the round of 16 in his bracket but advanced on to the semis in the first consolation of the Molloy West.

In doubles competition, Sebastian Dobron and Mukunth Gopalakrishnan advanced alongside Arnav Tevatia and Jeh Pandole to the round of 16. should each win their match tomorrow morning and their quarterfinal matches tomorrow evening, the pair will faceoff in the semifinals of the Double Championship,
