BETHLEHEM, Pa. — The Cornell men's and women's cross country programs will compete in one of the East's premier meets this fall: the 51st Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh University. This year's event takes place over two days — Thursday, October 2, and Friday, October 3 — with collegiate races slated for Friday.
What Is the Paul Short Run
The Paul Short Run is a longstanding cross country invitational that draws large, competitive fields from across multiple divisions. The event adopted a two-day format last year and will continue that structure in 2025. High school races will be held on Thursday, October 2, with the open and collegiate competitions running on Friday. Lehigh's Goodman Campus Cross Country Course will host the meet.
The event continues to be a highlight on the fall cross country circuit, offering stiff competition, large fields, and a chance for teams to benchmark themselves against top programs.
