"It's not easy to win on the road in this league and to do so on the back of 6 very good goals was excellent. It was great to see a number of different guys show up on the scoresheet tonight.",Â

Carnevale started the first three-goal spurt by the Big Red in the 17th minute. Diakos followed that up five minutes later to give Cornell a 2-0 lead. Donahue tacked on the third Big Red goal in the 31st minute. The Big Green finally got on the board when Sam Fenton cut the game to 3-1.
Before the first half concluded, Zapata netted his fourth goal in three games to put Cornell ahead 4-1 at half time.
