Aishwarya Khubchandani registered a four-game victory in the No. 2 match as the No. 8-seeded Cornell women's squash team (7-8) suffered an 8-1 setback to top-ranked Trinity (16-1) in the quarterfinals of the Howe Cup bracket at the CSA National Team Championships on Friday morning at the Arlen Specter Squash Center.
Khubchandani avenged dropping the first game, 11-8, to Jana Safy by posting 11-5, 11-2, 11-7 victories.
Trinity posted five victories in straight games while
Xin Ying Yee (No. 1),
Alysa Ali (No. 3), and
Sabine Ball (No. 6) dropped their matches in four games.
