ITHACA, N.Y. — Eighth-ranked Princeton earned a 7-2 victory over the 10th-ranked Cornell men's squash team on Friday afternoon at the Belkin Squash Courts.
Cornell (4-6, 0-3 Ivy) picked up its two points at the No. 2 and No. 5 positions. Sophomore
Youssef Sarhan earned a four-game victory over Avi Agarwal at No. 2, bouncing back after dropping the third game to close out the match. At No. 5, junior
Arnav Tevatia delivered with a four-game win over Hassan Khalil.
Princeton (3-4, 1-1 Ivy) claimed straight-game victories at the No. 1, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 positions, building momentum throughout the match. Hollis Robertson set the tone at the top of the order with a three-game win over junior
Syan Singh, while Aly Ibrahim followed with a decisive straight-game victory at No. 4.
The Tigers also picked up a four-game win at No. 3, where Federico Sosa defeated freshman
Aly Ezzat after the match was evened at one game apiece.
