Biography
At Cornell
Stich, who was named a tri-captain for her senior season, appeared in two contests as a junior for the Big Red. She made her first appearance on Sept. 9 at St. Bonaventure, then came off the bench in Cornell's loss to Brown on Sept. 21. Stich appeared in three games as a sophomore, earning her first collegiate start in the loss at Buffalo on Oct. 18. She saw action on defense in one game as a freshman in 2005.
At Poudre
Stich was a four-year letter winner at Poudre HS. A first-team all-conference pick in 2003, she was voted first-team all-conference, MVP and first-team 5A all-state player her senior year. She also served as captain during her senior season.
Personal
Whitney Christine Stich is the daughter of Cindy Stich and has an older brother. She is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
