At Cornell
Sophomore (2009): Buckingham was injured and did not play during her sophomore season.

Freshman (2008): Buckingham saw the field in three games during her freshman season, playing against Siena, Georgetown and Bryant. She registered her first collegiate point with an assist vs. Bryant.

At Shawnee HS
A 2007 NFHCA Regional All-American, Buckingham earned three varsity letters, starting two seasons for Shawnee HS. As a senior captain, she helped her team to a No. 7 national ranking and a Group III State championship. Buckingham was named a 2007 Star Ledger first-team all-state selection, as well as a Courier Post first-team All South Jersey, a Burlington County Times first-team All-County and first-team All-Group III selection. She was also a member of the 2007 NFHCA High School National Academic Squad. Buckingham earned the Field Hockey Club of South Jersey Captain Award and was an FHCSJ first-team All-South Jersey, first-team all-conference and an all-star selection. After a junior season in which she helped her team finish with an 18-2-2 record, she was named first-team All-Star Patriot Division, as well as Burlington County Times first-team all-county and first-team all-conference. Buckingham was also named a Star Ledger third-team All-South Jersey and a third-team All-Group III selection that season and earned her team’s Unsung Hero Award. She also lettered three times in lacrosse.

Personal
Jessica Lynn Buckingham is the daughter of Michael and Robin Buckingham and has a younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
