2010-11
Leith went 5-6 as a junior while competing at 141 pounds. He won his first two matches at the Binghamton Open, including a major decision. He went 2-2 at the Body Bar Invitational, scoring a 14-0 major over Michael Impellizeri of Sacred Heart. Leith won the Donald Dickason ’53 Academic Award for the second straight time at the year end Cornell wrestling banquet.

2009-10
Leith went 1-3 as a sophomore while wrestling at both 133 and 141 pounds. His victory came over Anthony Ricco of Sacred Heart at 133 pounds at the Body Bar Invitational. Leith also wrestled at the Penn State Open.

2008-09
Leith picked up six wins for the Big Red during his freshman campaign. He wrestled at the Binghamton Open, Body Bar Invitational, Las Vegas Invitational and Southern Scuffle. His first collegiate win came at the Body Bar Invitational where he won by technical fall (17-2) over Justin Giani of Drexel.

Prior to Cornell
Leith is a four-time Iowa state place winner and won the title at 130 pounds in 2008. He helped his team to win the state tournament team and dual championships in 2007, and followed by placing second in 2008. Leith finished his high school career with a 175-19 overall record. He was a two-time letter winner in football, while also lettering in cross country and soccer. Leith was a member of the National Honor Society, served as a class officer, and was a two-time wrestling academic all-state honoree.

Personal
Quinton James Leith is the son of Dennis and Devon Leith, and he has three younger brothers. Leith is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences where he is studing applied economics and management.
