Biography

 At Cornell: Ryan Saunders has spent the past two years as a useful back up, but in 2009, he will be expected to challenge for a starting position at defensive back.  He played in five games last season and had eight tackles, include 1.5 for a loss.

At Jericho:  MVP of  the football team at Jericho HS, Saunders was an all-county honorable mention and an academic all-conference award winner.  As well as football, he also played baseball for four years and basketball for three years.  Saunders served as captain for both his football and baseball teams.

Personal:  Ryan B. Saunders is the son of Dan and Diane Saunders, and he has one older sister, who is a 2008 graduate of Cornell, and one younger sister.
