At Cornell: Gadson is one of the hardest workers on the roster. His consistent efforts and exceptional work ethic in the weight room were rewarded during his junior year with an improvement of almost two and a half feet. He enters his senior year having made the finals at the Heps and qualifying for the IC4A championships in the triple jump every year, soaring to a best of 49-11 in 2008 while qualifying for the NCAA regional championships. Great technique has been the only thing separating him from scoring bigger points at the Heps, and greater focus and improvements in his run will bring him even bigger performances during his senior year. Gadson loves track and is an incredible student of the event. He also has a best of 22-9 in the long jump.

At Phillips Exeter: Gadson earned six letters in track and field at Phillips Exeter and was a part of the school’s 4x100m record-holding team.

Personal: Aaron Joseph Gadson is the son of Ollie and Brenda Gadson, and he has an older brother and an older sister.
