2009-10 Men's Track and Field Roster
Biography
At Cornell
Brad has been on the Cornell team since his freshman year. He helped support the team through the intense practices and helped to uplift the travel team by showing a high level of team spirit. Brad had up and down performances during the Indoor season and was not able to perform to his ability. Near the end of the outdoor season though, Brad was able to demonstrate why consistency in practice and determination pays off and really came on strong. With an opening on the 4x100 he made the most of his opportunity and showed dramatic improvement. At the Ivy League Championships, Hernyk was 2nd leg in the 4x100m relay that took 2nd place in a highly competitive field at UPenn in 41.12 for #5 All-Time and the fourth fastest non-winning time in HEPS history as well as just missing the finals in the 100m. We look forward to Hernyk really coming into his own in 2010 and having huge impact in the 60m, where he currently sits #10 All-Time, 100m and 200m this year.
