At Cornell
Williams, who was voted as a team captain for the 2010 season, is a five-time Heptagonal champion and has consistently been named to first-team All-Ivy and All-East teams during her career. She was among the squad's best in the sprint area, recording indoor personal bests at 300m and 400m. A finalist at 400m at the league championships, she ran a spectacular relay leg to help her team capture the 4x400m relay and the eventual team championship. At the ECAC Championship, she was again superb on her relay leg in helping the Big Red to the runner-up finish and All-East honors. Outdoors, an early-season injury slowed her up initially, but she recovered in time to have an excellent second half. She ran on the team's 4x400m relay that captured the title at the Penn Relays. At the Outdoor Heptagonal Championship, she finished sixth at 400m and helped Cornell win both sprint relays. Her 4x100m relay team set an all-time Ivy League reocrd at 45.78 and her 4x400m unit crossed the finish line first for the eighth straight year. An ECAC and NCAA East Region qualifier, she possesses the best range of any sprinter on the Cornell team.

Before Cornell
Williams was named All-North County in the 200m by the North County Times in 2005 and was named by San Diego Track Magazine as one of the top sprinters in 2006 at 100m, 200m and 400m.
