Biography

At Cornell
Senior (2011): Porta was a key contributor on the offensive line, playing in five games, helping the rushing game and protecting the quarterback.

Junior (2010): Porta saw action in four games during his junior season, playing in both games against Mansfield, as well as the contests against Post and Penn.

Sophomore (2009): Porta played in just one game during his first season with the Big Red, seeing action against Penn.

At Don Bosco Prep
A four-year participant in football at Don Bosco Prep HS, Porta earned two varsity letters and saw time at both the defensive end and outside linebacker positions.  He was part of the team that won the state championship in 2006 and 2007 when they achieved a No. 7 and No. 12 national ranking by USA Today, respectively.
