At Cornell
Williams had an amazing junior season, recording personal bests in all of the events she competed in. During the indoor season, she rose to the top of the Ivy League in the sprints, finishing fifth at 60m at the Heptagonal Championships in a 1-2-3 Big Red sweep. She also ran a personal best 24.96 for 200m and was an ECAC qualifier in her short sprint event. Outdoors, she was an important part of the Big Red's 4x100m relay, helping to set an all-time Ivy League record of 45.72. She also recorded a personal-best 11.92 for 100m at the Sea Ray Relays.

Before Cornell
Williams was a regular scorer in the sprints at the New Jersey State All-Groups for South Plainfield HS. She also competed in the long jump and high jump for her team and was All-Scholastic during her junior and senior seasons. Williams also played field hockey for two seasons, earning the county championship as a junior.

Personal
Krystal Alexandria Williams is the daughter of Ervin and Lancelene Williams and has three brothers. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
