As a Senior (2012-13)
Adarquah-Yiadom continued to be a vital part of the Big Red sprinting program during his final year with the team, advancing to the NCAA Championship as part of the 4x100 relay team that was the second-fastest in school history. At the NCAA East Regional in Greensboro, N.C., Adarquah-Yiadom ran with the 4x100 team in 39.85 seconds, just two tenths of a second slower than the school record. That put them into the NCAA Championship in Eugene, Ore. Adarquah-Yiadom also competed in the 100 at the NCAA East Regional, placing 46th in the field. Earlier in the year, he won the 60-meter dash at the Indoor Heps and took second in that race at the Indoor IC4As. Outdoors, he was on the Big Red's 4x100 IC4A team at the Penn Relays that won their race. He followed that the next week by placing sixth in the 200 and second in the 100 at the Outdoor Heps. He set new personal bests in four events in his senior year -- the 60, the 100, the 200 and the 300.
As a Junior (2011-12)

As a Sophomore (2010-11)
Adarquah-Yiadom's sophomore year began with an even better indoor season as he dipped under the IC4A standard in every meet. He won the 60m at the indoor HEPS and climbed to third all time at Cornell with a time of 6.79. He went on to place sixth at the IC4A meet the next week. He followed with a good outdoor season where he finished second in the 100m at the HEPS with a time of 10.73 and ran a good leg for the 4x100 team that came in first.
As a Freshman (2009-10)
As a freshman Adarquah-Yiadom showed a lot of promise as a short sprinter, dipping the IC4A mark in his first collegiate meet. He progressed as the indoor season went on and placed fourth in the 60m dash at the Indoor HEPS. The season was full of personal records and all-time top 10 performances.
