Biography
At Cornell
Parajon will serve as team captain during her senior season. She rowed on the second varsity-8 as a junior during the 2009-10 campaign.
At Our Lady of Lourdes HS
Parajon lettered three times at Our Lady of Lourdes high school, where she served as team captain as a senior and was twice named her team’s Rower of the Year. She was a three-time all-star and won three straight Scholar-Athlete Awards. As a senior, Parajon stroked the quad to a fifth place finish at the New York State championship and participated in the Scholastic Rowing Nationals. In 2005, she helped the second varsity-4 to a silver medal at the New York State championship, a semifinalist finish at the Stotesbury Cup and a ninth place finish at the Scholastic Rowing Nationals. Parajon also lettered three times in tennis, earning all-league honors three times and all-section honors twice. She also won two league championships in tennis.
Personal
Kyleen Marley Parajon is the daughter of Robert and Laureen Parajon and she has one younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
