Biography

At Cornell
A former sculler in high school, she has been in the varsity boat at Cornell on both port and starboard, providing the Big Red tremendous flexibility. A very competitive racer, she thrives on competition. This past summer, Post earned four gold medals as she represented the United States at the 18th Maccabiah Games in Israel. Post found her way to the podium in the single sculls, double sculls, pairs without coxswain and the quad.

At Conestoga HS
Post rowed for three years at Conestoga high school, rowing bow during her final two seasons. She earned her team’s Best Female Athlete award in 2005 and 2006, as well as the team’s Hammer Award those same seasons. Post won a gold medal at the Stotesbury Championship in 2005 and 2006, after winning silver in 2003 and 2004. She won gold at the Philadelphia City Championships in 2003, 2004 and 2006, as well as a silver in 2005. Post also took silver at the 2004 USRowing Invitational National Championship and back-to-back gold medals at the Scholastic Nationals in 2005 and 2006.

Personal
Caroline Lambert Post is the daughter of Arthur and Leslie Post and she has one younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Architecture, Art and Planning.
