Biography

At Cornell
2009-10:
Biscaha went 2-5 as a freshman in 2010 while wrestling primarily at 125 pounds. He opened his collegiate career with a technical fall win over Alex Moritz of Rider and won his first two matches at the Binghamton Open. He also competed at the Body Bar Invitational and the Penn State Open.

Prior to Cornell:
Biscaha is a three-time letter winner from Jackson Memorial HS. In 2009 at 112 pounds, he was the No. 1 ranked senior and placed third at the Beast of the East tournament. Biscaha was selected to team USA for the Cliff Keen Dream Team Classic as a senior, and as a junior, he was ranked first at 103 pounds. The 2008 New Jersey 103 pound state champion placed third at the Beast of the East and at the NHSCA junior nationals the same year. Biscaha was the sophomore champion at 103 pounds at the 2007 NHSCA tournament. A NHSCA academic All-American, he helped his team to two New Jersey state championships. Biscaha also played soccer and had a 4.0 grade point average.

Personal:
Tyler James Biscaha is the son of Bob and Sandy Biscaha and has two brothers. He is majoring in applied economics and management in Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
