Junior Season - 2010
Apistolas picked up three assists on the season while starting in all 15 of the Big Red's games. She scored her first career point on Sept. 19 in the Big Red's 2-0 win against Bucknell, then added another assist three days later in the 3-1 victory over Binghamton. Apistolas closed out her season by assisting on the game-winning goal in Cornell's 1-0 win against Yale on Oct. 16.

Sophomore Season - 2009
Apistolas was a key contributor in the midfield for the Big Red, appearing in all 15 matches and finding herself among the starting 11 13 times. She also recorded 11 shots during the season, with four of those being on the goal frame.

Freshman Season - 2008
Apistolas made 10 appearances as a freshman for the Big Red, earning the start three times. She made her collegiate debut in the Big Red's season-opening win over Oakland on Sept. 5 and picked up her first career start against Colgate on Sept. 28.

Before Cornell
Apistolas was a two-time All-District honoree at Stone Bridge H.S., earning first-team honors as a senior in 2007 and second-team nods as a junior. She also was a part of the team that won the Virginia High School Class AA state championship in 2005. Apistolas played her club soccer for Reston FC, alongside fellow incoming players Kelsey MacDonald and Brook Chang. With Reston FC, she helped that team to the Virginia State Cup finals in 2007 and the semifinals in 2006. She was also a member of the team that advanced to the finals of both the Disney Showcase and the San Diego Surf Cup in 2006. She competed at the USYS Region I camp and tournament in both 2004 and 2005 and was selected to the Virginia State Olympic Development Team in 2004 and 2005 along with the Virginia Northern District team in both seasons.

Personal
Abigail Kathryn Apistolas is the daughter of Jim and Katie Apistolas, and she has a younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology at Cornell.
