Junior Season - 2010
Bonner further established herself as one of the top defensive players in the Ivy League, earning second-team all-league honors after anchoring the Big Red back line that allowed nine fewer goals in 2010 than in 2009. She started in all 15 of the team's games and contributed on the offensive end, scoring a goal in the Big Red's rout of Delaware State on Sept. 5.

Sophomore Season - 2009
Bonner repeated as an honorable mention all-Ivy League selection as a sophomore, again anchoring the Cornell back line. She also added an offensive punch on set pieces, with her size giving the Big Red a key target. Bonner led the team in scoring with six points on three goals from her center back position. She scored a pair of goals in back-to-back games on Sept. 6 against Niagara and again five days later at Lehigh. Bonner then scored the Big Red's only goal in a 2-1 loss at Yale on Oct. 17.

Freshman Season - 2008
Bonner earned honorable mention all-Ivy League honors as a freshman, anchoring the back line to an improved defensive performance from her center back position. Bonner appeared in 11 games, missing four contests with injury. She started every game she appeared in and picked up an assist in her collegiate debut on Sept. 5 against Oakland.

Before Cornell
Bonner, a standout defender, was a first-team all-state selection in 2007 after helping her high school to a pair of state championships in 2006 and 2007. A central defender, Bonner has twice earned all-league honors, including first-team as a junior in 2007, and is having another solid season this spring. She is a member of the Colorado State Olympic Development Program pool and was the most valuable player of the 2008 State Cup for her club team, Real Colorado. She also helped Real Colorado to the State Cup championship in 2007 and a berth in the finals in 2008.

Personal
Sidra Naomi Bonner is the daughter of Barbara Bonner, and she has an older brother. She will study in the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell.
