Senior Season — 2012
A second-year tri-captain, Christ appeared in nine games, including five starts. She had her first two collegiate shutouts, earning a 1-0 victory in the team's season opener at Sacred Heart, then securing another 1-0 decision in the team's non-league finale at Delaware State.
Junior Season — 2012
Christ ascended to the role of starting goalkeeper, appearing in all 16 of the Big Red's games while posting a 1-14-1 record, 2.58 goals-against average and .693 save percentage. She racked up 88 saves over the course of the season, which led the Ivy League and ranks 11th in the program history for a single campaign. She earned the victory in the only game in which she didn't start, coming off the bench at halftime to play the final 45 minutes of a 4-1 non-league victory over Lafayette on Oct. 2. The win came in the middle of Christ's best stretch of the season, a span of seven games in which she didn't surrender more than two goals in a contest. Christ wrapped up the year with a career-high 11 saves against Dartmouth on Nov. 3. Despite having never started a game at the collegiate level before the season, Christ served as one of the squad's tri-captains and was the only junior of the three. After the season, Christ was presented the Randy May Coaches' Award, which is given to the player who best demonstrates the spirit and dedication to Cornell soccer shown by Randy May, the first head coach of the program. She is the only two-time winner of the award in program history.
Sophomore Season — 2011
With a pair of senior goalies earning most of the playing time, Christ once again made one relief appearance on the season while continuing to hone her skills in practice. She played the final 10:46 of the Big Red's Sept. 20 game against La Salle, making her first collegiate save on the only shot on goal she saw.
Freshman Season — 2010
Christ was blocked in the lineup by a pair of talented juniors in Megan Bartlett and Kelly Murphy, but still earned one appearance on the season. She made her collegiate debut with 14:24 in relief during the win over Delaware State on Sept. 5, helping the team post the shutout. Christ was presented the Randy May Coaches' Award, which is given to the player who best demonstrates the spirit and dedication to Cornell soccer. Despite her limited playing time, Christ maintained a positive attitude and continually trained as though she was the team's top netminder.
Before Cornell
Christ was selected first-team all-state and was the
Metro News’ first-team all-area goalkeeper as a senior in addition to earning first-team all-Western New York honors. She was named the league’s most valuable player and set the school, league and Western New York shutout record with 12 clean sheets as a senior. Christ was a three-time first-team All-Catholic team honoree and served as team captain twice. Christ won a gold medal as the youngest member of the Western Open Division women's soccer team at the 2010 Empire State Games in Buffalo. She also excelled in the classroom, earning all-Western New York scholar-athlete team honorable mention accolades. Christ played her club soccer with BSA Flash and with the Niagara Falls (Canada) Fury, the team she served as team captain for two years for. Christ was also a member of the New York West Olympic Development Program team for five years.
