Second-Team All-CSFL (2010)
Senior (2011): Dooley wrapped up a terrific career in 2011, playing in all seven games and starting in five. He earned an interception and 31 return yards while finishing second on the team with 44 tackles and five tackles for loss. Dooley broke up three passes and had two sacks.
Junior (2010): In his first season as a starter, Dooley ranked second on the team in tackles with 48, posting 37 unassisted and 11 assisted. For his efforts, he was named second-team All-CSFL following the season. Dooley posted eight tackles for a loss of 24 yards and registered two sacks for a loss of 10 yards. He also registered two interceptions, which he returned for 29 yards, to go along with one pass breakup.
Sophomore (2009): A strong physical presence on the field and an extremely hard worker, Dooley saw action in five games during his sophomore season. He posted 17 tackles, including 2.5 tackles for a loss of four yards. He had a season-high three tackles in each of the Big Red’s games vs. Mansfield.
Freshman (2008): Dooley emerged as one of the top freshmen on the Cornell squad during the 2008 season. He showed great improvement throughout the year and emerged towards the end of the season with tackles in Cornell's final two games.
At Bayport-Blue Point
Serving as captain of his wrestling team at Bayport-Blue Point HS, Dooley received all-league and all-county honors in that sport. He was also a member of the track team for four years, where he specialized in pole vaulting, and the football team for four years.
Personal
Timothy J. Dooley is the son of Jim and Lorraine Dooley, and he has one older brother and two younger twin sisters. His brother, Pat, is also on the Cornell sprint football team.
