Biography
At Cornell
Wingerning served as team captain during her senior season and was named a CRCA All Mid-Atlantic Region second-team selection. She helped the varsity eight to victories against Yale, Harvard and Dartmouth as the crew was consistently ranked in the top 20, reaching as high as No. 10 during the 2010 season. She was a three-year member of the varsity eight.
At Palos Verdes HS
Wingerning was a three-sport athlete at Palos Verdes high school. She lettered four times in basketball and once each in cross country and track. Wingerning was the captain of each team during her senior year and was named Defensive MVP of the basketball team during her final two seasons.
Personal
Natalie Jane Wingerning is the daughter of Bill and Diane Wingerning and she has one older brother. She is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.Â
