Biography
At Cornell:
Consistently playing in the top order thus far, Jennifer Gemmel will again be vying for a top 3 position in the lineup in her senior year. As co-captain of a predominantly young squad, her talent and experience will serve the team well.
Prior to Cornell:
Gemmell was a member of the Ontario Winter Games championship squash team, and was also a member of the Canadian National Junior Women's squad in 2006 and 2007. She ranked as high as fourth in GU 19 in Canada and is a past Ontario Provincial champion.
Personal:
Jennifer A. Gemmell is the daughter of Robert '79 and Cynthia Gemmell, and she has two younger sisters. Gemmell is enrolled in Cornell's College of Arts and Sciences, and she is majoring in science and technology studies.
