As a senior (2012)
In her final season, Gaeta hit .178 in 21 contests, including 16 starts. She had a pair of doubles and her lone home run was a walk-off three-run shot against Bucknell. Gaeta drove in six runs and walked two. She was 2-for-3 against George Mason.

As a junior (2011)
Gaeta batted .167 with two doubles, a home run and nine RBI while playing in 25 contests, including 14 starts. She also didn't commit an error in 86 fielding opportunities.Gaeta's pinch-hit grand slam was part of a doubleheader sweep of Penn. She finished her season 4-for-10 with six RBI in her last six games while playing primarily at catcher and first base.

As a sophomore (2010)
Gaeta batted .294 with two home runs in 17 contests, including 11 starts. She opened the season with hits in six of her first seven appearances. Gaeta slammed home runs in games against Ivy foes Harvard and Brown and drove in multiple runs against the Crimson and also against Penn. She was flawless in 10 fielding opportunities during the season.

As a freshman (2009)
Gaeta hit .209 in 25 games as a freshman, starting 13 times. She scored six times, drove in two more and was perfect in 21 fielding chances. Gaeta was 3-of-3 with an RBI at George Mason and was a perfect 2-for-2 against Penn. She was also 1-for-1 with two runs scored against Central Connecticut State.

At Hunterdon Regional HS
Gaeta was a three-time all-county first-team member and earned all-area honors her senior year. She was also named first-team all-league twice and all-conference three times. Gaeta is also an accomplished equestrian. At Hunterdon Central Regional HS, she was a member of the Spanish Honor Society.

Personal
Erica Lynne Gaeta is the daughter of Marcia and Sal Gaeta and has a younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
