Biography

At Cornell
Senior (2012):
DiPastina will serve as a team captain during the 2012 campaign.

Junior (2011): DiPastina saw action in 14 games and made eight starts. She finished the year with four goals and one assist for nine points. DiPastina’s tally against Brown was considered the game-winner.

Sophomore (2010): DiPastina saw a significant increase in playing time during her sophomore campaign and won the team’s Most Improved Player award as a result. She played in all 16 games and made eight starts. DiPastina finished the year ranked fourth on the team with nine points on four goals and one assist. Her tally against Saint Joseph’s was considered the game-winner.

Freshman (2009): As a rookie, DiPastina saw action in 12-of-15 games. She registered two goals on the season, scoring against Davidson and Colgate. She also picked up an assist in the shutout win over Siena for a total of five points on the season.

At The Derryfield School
A four-year letter winner at the Derryfield School, Kat DiPastina led her team to a state title in 2007. she was named the Class S Player of the Year in both 2007 and 2008 and was the Union Leader Player of the Year in 2008. DiPastina was named both first-team all-state and all-conference as a junior and a senior. She was also a four-year letter winner in both ice hockey and softball, serving as the captain of both teams during her senior season. 

Personal
Katherine Mary DiPastina is the daughter of John and Margaret DiPastina and she has older twin brothers and a younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
