At Cornell
Having set the bar so high during her first two seasons with the Big Red swimming program, Drummond turned in an exemplary junior season. Having set three Cornell school records during her first two seasons (200 breast; 200 IM and 400 IM), in 2013-14, Drummond recorded an all-time top 10 performance in the 100 breast (fifth). She currently holds two school records (200 breast and 400 IM) and has a total of five top 10 Cornell times, 200 Breast; 400 IM; 200 IM (second); 100 Breast (fifth) and 200 Fly (fifth). She qualified for her third Ivy League Championship team and was one of the team’s high scorer’s in individual events. Drummond was a member of the 400 Club (4.00 GPA) for the Fall 2012 semester. For the 2014-15 season, Drummond has been elected one of two team captains. In 2012-13, Drummond picked up where she left off as a freshman. She re-set the school record in the 400 IM and appeared on the team’s season best time list in eight individual events. Drummond attained the following performances in 2012-13: fifth in the 500 free, fifth in the 200 back, fourth in the 200 free, fourth in the 100 breast, second in the 200 Flt, first in the 200 breast, first in the 200 IM and first in the 400 IM. She appears on the team’s all-time top 10 list in four individual events, including three school records – third in the 200 fly, first in the 200 breast, first in the 200 IM and first in the 400 IM. Drummond was voted the recipient of the team’s Hardest Worker Award. She was the team's MVP and was voted the hardest worker during  the 2012 season. The team's high scorer at the Ivy League championships, she set school records in the 200 and 400 IM and the 200 breast as a freshman.

Prior to Cornell
Drummond was a state qualifier all four varsity seasons and placed in the top eight in the state as both a junior and senior at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School. She was a two-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American (2009, 2010). She swam club for Poseidon Swimming, serving as team captain in her final season. She was a two-time qualifier for the USA Swimming Speedo Long Course Junior National Championships, a three-time qualifier for the NCSA Swimming Junior National Championships qualifier and a three-time qualifier for the Speedo Swimming Short Course National Championships. Drummond posted top 10 times in the state in her age group in five events (100 breast, 200 breast, 400 IM, 1000 free, 1650 free) in 2010.

Personal
Anne Meredith Drummond is the daughter of Doug and Colleen Drummond and has a younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
